Popped in for lunch today and was greeted by well groomed and mannered staff. Service was excellent as was the freshness of our tasty meals and smoothies.

Enjoyed a fantastic meal with a friend unknown this was the new owners "official" first day. We were welcomed and asked for feedback on the food and coffee. The meals were tasty and well presented as was the coffee. Shame we couldn't fit a dessert in...next time !

Service very poor. Asked for a skinny milk milkshake the lady brings a full cream and says "We've run out of skinny milk" I replied, "That's ok I won't have that thank you" and she snapped and said "It's got ice-cream in it anyway". How rude!! The young man servicing drinks had his fingers wrapped around the neck of another... More

Fresh seafood cooked with care. This establishment is situated along the Wivenhoe strip. Dine in or take away, the meals have a moden spin on the old fish & chips.

Unfortunately we were caught severely understaffed during an extremely busy lunch trade. For this we apologised and attended to our diners as quickly as possible. No one waited two hours for their meal, and we had a very full restaurant. As I explained to all my customers this day, it was an unusual combination of our cafe filling to capacity... More

My first visit will be going back again it was great food. Son suggested a platter for two, unfortunately my partner cannot eat shell fish. The staff are friendly, service is quick and overall we had a memorable night.

We attended Fish on the Edge over the weekend, we ordered the platter for two, we found the service very good, but the fish a bit tasteless and overcooked. I don't mind deep fried, and we knew most of the produce on the platter would be, just a little more fresh not fried would be good, as the fried seafood... More

And on my Birthday, it doesn't get any better than that. Our other five guests all agreed their meals were superb as well. The $5 icecream dessert was sensational and the coffee perfect. It gets better, the staff are friendly, service is quick and overall we had a memorable night. Highly recommended is the SEAFOOD PLATTER FOR 2, flathead or... More
