I can not believe what just happened.... I said very in a very polite manner... "excuse me; could we be served next please, we have been waiting for ages".. (this was because they kept on serving new people at the other end of the bar instead of scanning the bar). The waitress said "go somewhere else then" in such a... More

Visited the Rupert Brooke on a trip to Rugby. Can honestly say it is the better of the two bars there. The atmosphere and staff compliment each other in this friendly relaxed bar. Excellent beer and superb value for money too. It is a good bar with good standards.

Visited late afternoon. This is our local Wetherspoons so we are often in for a drink or meal. Had two meals from Curry Club menu, Beef Madras and a Sweet Potato and chickpea curry. Both were served swiftly and were hot, well cooked and delicious. The staff here are friendly and helpful. This place is an old indoor market building... More

Need to get a grip here, hardly anyone in this huge pub, loads of staff and waited an age to get served by a very grumpy lady. Only 9pm too, not the usual standard for this chain. Lots of alternatives in Rugby!

Lots of tables and space, popular at weekends for breakfast. Standard menu, food is quick and has always been nice when we've been

I came here for some lunch with my girlfriend on a busy Saturday afternoon and overall i was disappointed with the experience, the food took half an hour to come and when it came the sausages on the brunch we ordered were over cooked. With another Wetherspoons in town it may well be worth taking your custom there.

Reasonable food, staff very helpful, location not far from town centre, car parking close to and handy for disabled customers.

This pub is one of our regular drinking places the prices are reasonable and we have known barman Paul for many years. He was at Daventry Wetherspoon previously. Very often we have a fish Friday or a Tuesday steak deal, all excellent value for money along with Paul 's cheery manner what could be better.
