Great atmosphere and staff were excellent. There is a buzz and a good feeling about this place. For a group of four this was excellent - could not be faulted. Choice of beers top rate

Great location after being to visit Hampton Court Palace - delicious veggie haggis Wellington which is different from the usual veggie options - friendly attentive staff - always a good choice of food - was too full to try the dessert menu this time but will next time!

Called in on the off chance. Great choice. Small menu but excellent in every respect. Well cooked and well presented. Excellent friendly staff who are a real asset to the pub. Will be returning.

Visited the Prince of Wales on a day trip to Hampton Court Palace. The food was delicious, service was prompt and polite and the prices are reasonable. The Sunday roast was incredible. Absolutely perfect! Would definitely recommend!

Stopped here for lunch before visiting Hampton Court Palace. Food was delicious, service was quick and the staff were very friendly. Not given 5 stars because the bread that came with my soup didn't come with any butter. I shouldn't have to ask for it!

I brought my mum here for lunch as we were eager to try the fairly new vegetarian dish; the haggis. This was the best dish I have ever had at the POW, I definitely recommend it! The service, as always was attentive, friendly and warm. The manager is very hands on which is great to see and the staff always... More

We went here in a family group of 8 last night. There's parking behind the pub which is great if you drive here as parking in the area can be quite difficult. It was a really busy night, but our waitress (who seemed to be dealing with every table in the pub too! with only one helper) was amazing. She... More

This is a restaurant not a pub. But a badly run one - a good restaurant will not let you hog a table all afternoon nursing a glass of soda water after eating. We arrived (a large group) for a drink and all tables were reserved for dining - even though we clearly had an elderly person with us (and... More

I would like to sincerely apologise for the negative experience you had at our establishment. We pride ourselves on offering warm attentive service to all customers who walk through our door. On this occasion I am very disappointed to hear that you were not taken seriously when the outside heater broke down. We have recently fixed them however unfortunately for... More

I had booked ahead, as ticket only entrance - £10 each to include one drink each. Service was very good, despite it being packed (and very noisy, with a band!). Food was very good, hot and tasty, the Chilli Prawns, Chicken Cassoulet and Flat Iron steak particularly. Cost £77 including entrance, all drinks and 10% tip added. The previous time... More

Great beer and wine selection, awesome fried chicken burger with aioli and option to dine in the bar area, the outside BBQ patio of the quieter dining room. Tuesdays are steak and wine night, good cuts and sensible pricing. Can get very busy on the weekends. Family and baby friendly.
