I went here for a business meeting and breakfast. The staff are all wonderful individuals and so polite and just, well just wonderful. The breakfast was delicious and ended up going back for early supper and this too had varied menu and was good portions beautifully cooked and filling. Highly recommend you support if in the area.

I have been here on a couple of occasions for a quiet cup of tea and to read my newspaper whilst I have been in the town. The service is fantastic and the quality of the interior is superb. The tea and scones are a delicious combination however a little pricey.

First time in Langan's Tearoom today 21st Nov 2016. I had bacon and cheese Oatcakes. It was the first time I tasted Oatcakes it was delicious. My husband had the same and he loved it, BKT, cheese and carmelised Tartlet, roast belly of Pork with veg, chips and gravy. Of the 6 of us we all cleaned our plates and... More

Unfortunately afternoon tea was not a happy experience today. - apart from the company of lovely friends. The carrot cake was incredibly solid, stuffed with cream mixed with a little cream cheese which made it incredibly rich. I actually felt bilious when we left. Then of course there was the issue of the pricing! £2 each for a pot of... More

Arrived early for my network group catch up so treated myself to cooked breakfast. What a treat perfectly poached egg, lovely bacon with sausages, hash brown , tomatoes, beans and mushrooms. With decent amount of toast and butter. Lovely building and great place for a mtg.

Have been to visit a few times now and every time it's just lovely, from the building to the staff and food. Booked an afternoon tea and it was just perfect. Beautiful old china and cute little sandwiches. It doesn't get much better than this.
