This is a very good pub both for a drink and also for a meal as well. The food is very good and they do nights of Indian or curries for example. Both owners and staff are pleasant and helpful.

Fantastic choice to include several meat choices, to include all the trimmings. Vast choice of vegetables and wonderful gravy. The sweet menu was vast, about eight or nine choices. All food was hot and the service was excellent. Will definitely go again.

We had a good night at this pub recently with a lovely meal and listening and dancing to the Magic Mirrors band live music. There was a warm & friendly atmosphere and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves will certainly return soon.

Probably the best carvery in the area! Great choice, perfectly cooked meats and veg. Real gravy and plenty of good sauces. Reasonably priced. But leave room for the puddings!
