We have just come back after staying two nights at the Anglers Arms, we wanted to stay for three days, but unfortunately they were booked up and I can see why. From arriving, the barman was so friendly, and immediately we felt at home, the room we had was quirky and had real character with a spiral staircase. The room... More

Really cosy welcoming Inn. We stayed in the apartment- room 3 - bathroom is down a spiral staircase- not suitable for everyone - but excellent for us with separate lounge bedroom and the downstairs modern wet room with walk in shower. We attended for Hogmanay- superb staff and great guests made it a great party.

I enjoy real ales and there were a few on offer when we were there. As well as the bar menu, there was a special festive menu... More

Visited recently in a family group. The food was fantastic; to be honest one of the best lunches I have had in a while. Homemade cheese cake was Yummmmmy. The service was so bad. We sat and sat and sat some more, but no one came. We double checked that it was service and the table and informed yes…. told... More
