Not open a great deal and the menu hasn’t changed in years. The decor definitely needs to be updated. In its heyday it was fantastic and it’s sad to see it in such decline. The food is consistently cooked adequately well

This place is open about once a week if you're lucky, they shut whenever they want and i wouldn't say are reliable enough to even keep you table. small parking yard and could do with a revamp.
Dinning area badly needs updating and smells quite damp. Table mats stuck to table. Yorkshire puddings rubbery, veg overcooked, no mash or boiled potatoes, deep fried roast potatoes, plate blistering hot it dried up the gravy.

Was visiting this beautiful and quaint Northumberland village on business this morning, pulled into the car park at 10:15 to wait for a phone call, parked far side away from the building, near the roadside, and sat watching a lady tending to the flower pots,...More
