Seven of us visited The Red Cat this evening. Each of us left feeling extremely satisfied with an excellent meal served very quickly. Staff were very efficient and polite and nothing was a problem. Highly recommended.

We stopped of for a quick bite and wished we could have stayed longer. My boyfriend had a pizza a day I had the seabass special. I couldn't rate it high enough. As you walk in the smells are spectacular and you know your about to eat something amazing! Staff are lovely and very welcoming

Went to the Red Cat today after being recommended by a family member. Service was brilliant. Can not fault that! Had pizza, it wasn't nice, the lady on the next table said the same when she asked us what we thought. Seafood linguine was delicious though as was the Real ale beer and Pino G. Will go back another time... More

Not really authentic Italian food - staff and service were good but it's not gourmet dining to be honest.

We last visited The Red Cat restaurant when a flaming arrow lit the cauldron at the 1992 Olympics in Barcelona – We were certainly overdue for a return visit and this we did on a wet and windy Saturday night in March. On our last visit, The Red Cat was a pure and simple very popular Italian restaurant that served... More

Second time I have been here since Christmas , both meals were very good but the last was amazing. Sea food pasta, plenty of fish perfect not too creamy. The garlic breads in different varieties to die for. What stands out about the red cat, is that you never feel rushed to give you table up. This is a credit... More

Me and My Fiance came here for a meal on Saturday night. Firstly there are plenty of parking spaces outside. We were met promptly in the bar area and given the menu and our drinks order was taken. we did arrive a little early so we didn't get our table right away. the food we ordered off the normal menu... Ate here for the first time last night and could not fault anything. Staff were attentive, food was fabulous and prices entirely reasonable. Gluten free options were discussed and my son was able to fully enjoy a delicious meal. Although it was very busy, we were never rushed but still looked after. Surprise birthday cake at the end of the... More
