Delicious huge roasts all freshly cooked for £9.50 in a historic coaching inn. The home made nut roast encased in flaky pastry is wonderful. Last time we went another couple were with us and they said the meat (various choices) was great too. Recommend
We recently visited the Red Lion for a Christmas meal & it was superb! Debbie & her staff were so welcoming & the service was spot on! The food was delicious & I'd have no hesitation in recommending this lovely pub to all!
Came here on a Football social with my team, they had a great band playing. The prices were very reasonable, staff really friendly and I would happily go back!

went for sunday lunch ,very poor food... dont go... as meat was not off a joint ,pan fried and dry food to over an hour ,run out of roast potatoes ,not enough staff only went there as ratings were good but will not return !!!!More
