We went for a Christmas get together. The food was bland and awful, I could have made a much better roast myself! What’s worse is that the food gave me a bad stomach! Would avoid!

Sorry to hear of your experience. It would be much appreciated if you could let me know when you came for food and what you had; This is obviously unfortunate and I would like to resolve the issue, if you’d allow. Kind regards

Good food, different from the norm. Good selection of cask ales and lager. Pleasant outside area, surrounded by very old architecture of sandwich. Will visit again.

Had a fabulous evening and amazing Xmas dinner. Well done, the team. If anyone is in Sandwich looking for somewhere to eat, The Hop is well worth a try.

This is a nice gastro pub, where the food is well presented and freshly cooked by the young chefs. It has a nice modern feel and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Not specifically to the Hop and Huffkin, but the Market Place Car Park is literally round the corner with plenty spaces. There are a generous number of disabled parking bays as well and the hourly parking rate is fairly... More
