A Thursday lunchtime with old friends. Had the excellent value 2 course set menu for £14.95. Mainly fish as would be expected from the name. Service good and staff friendly. Restaurant is right on the front by the pier.

Just went for an ice cream and drink k with family. Staff were very friendly. However, drinks were really over priced, the 'local' ice cream was rank and melted. The did warn us it was soft, but the solution surely is to keep it cold? Overall won't be back. But I'd say that about the whole of herne Bay, as... More

This restaurant has recently changed ownership. We dropped in for an unscheduled lunch. Great value for money. The food was cooked to a high standard, the house wine very acceptable. This restaurant deserves to be a huge success. Do not miss it. Future plans sound great.

A friend and I booked a table over the phone and were greeted by enthusiastic waiting staff. The Pinot Grigio was the best I have ever drunk, beautiful. I enjoyed the oysters , white bait and squid. We will be back for more.

Lovely meal, food was great although the interaction with the customers by the staff left a bit to be desired. Overall a great evening and looking forward to coming back in the summer for a bowl of mussels and cheeky vino by the sea :)

Visits this restaurant on spec. There was a reasonable choice on the menu and was all still available, even though it was not long to closing. Food (fish) was well cooked and nicely presented. Prices a little on the high side but for a treat not bad value.

Great location, just outside the entrance to the pier with both Indoor and outdoor eating areas available. It's appearance is quite basic but what a surprise when the food arrives! A bowl of delicious olives is served while you wait for the freshly prepared food, which when it arrives is a treat both on the eyes and the taste buds.... More

Firstly we used the restaurant online booking system to reserve a table upstairs. On phoning to confirm our arrival an hour beforehand , it was confirmed as a table upstairs. Guess what........ on arrival no table available, but reallocated to a makeshift table by the kitchen door downstairs , on the edge of a private birthday party ( I think... More
