My parents live in Cranbrook and we went for a meal here with them last year, the food was nice and service fine then, so when my husband and I were house-sitting for them over the weekend, we decided to go there again. We had a couple of drinks in the pub first and arrived at the restaurant at 9.40,... More

Going to dinner with wife son, daughter and in-laws we were revisiting an old haunt. Especially favoured by mother and father in-law who lived just up the road. Reviews had seemed mixed but we found immediate welcome by all members of the family running this established business. The menu has several new additions and a wide range of fish dishes... More

Not a lover of spicy food, I've not eaten in an Indian Restaurant in some 30 years and was very apprehensive - and then bowled over by the delicious food - Lamb Tikka Tandoori with really good meat, well prepared, and with superb sauce, extra special rice and little salad yummy too. Selected a very mild King Prawn Pasanda for... More

I have been here many a time over the last couple of years, last visit was 21.1.16. It gets better and better, fantastic food with a good varied choice.

We decided to go somewhere a bit different and haven't been here for years. Don't get me wrong it was pleasant and the service was good but probably won't go back for a few years again. When the main course arrived it was already on plates and although I'm sure it wasn't had the look of being a bit reheated.... More

Consistently good food and always a warm welcome. We have been visiting this restaurant for over ten years now and have never been disappointed. It has been run by the same family for all of that time and I struggle to understand some of the negative comments in some of the reviews. We are always treated with a smile and... More

We eat here about once a year but and the service and food never fail to deliver. The menu is very comprehensive and priced reasonably. If you are in Cranbrook give it a try

Nice fresh food and good service and reasonable prices. We went to this restaurant while staying in Cranbrook. On both occasions the food we had was of good quality. The keema nan was very good.

A very happy and friendly experience. The staff were all helpful, chatty, patient and polite throughout our visit. There is a broad range of dishes and the king prawns were more "emperor" in size. Our son found one of the dishes to hot and so the waitress brought a yoghurt to help cool it (and him) down.
