Nice atmosphere. We ate in the area just off reception. My friend had a delicious Arnold Bennett smoked haddock omelette and I had a selection of nibbles - 5 for £16 which was way too much for one person so took home a "doggy bag"....More

Dinner for two one of us had confit duck starter, the other scallops Both good. After I had fillet steak which was like butter and huge, my husband had fish and chips.
