We had roast lamb with all the trimmings and it was excellent. Followed by home-made cake and hot chocolate Yum.

The homemade sausages were the best I've ever had. Firm, full of flavour and quite delicious. My wife had the home made ham ( I pinched a bit), also excellent. Very friendly staff, massive garden and right next to the castle. Would recommend to all...More

Been here briefly last year but went there for an early evening meal with children. Not a huge choice but nice enough food with lovely service. Clean and comfortable. No baby changing facilities in the toilets.

It’s a super pub with nice menu, friendly staff and all you need for a lunch time stop. Oh and there is Harveys beer. Can’t fault that. Priced at the high end of Ok, but you get what you pay for.

Yes, we have 3 starters that are vegan, plus 1 main dish which is a Vegetable Tagine (homemade). I also have a falafel and spinach burger that can be served in a free from toasted bun instead of our usual brioche bun.
