Unimaginitive decor, somewhat lacking in warmth: no real atmosphere. Food a bit uninspiring, service rather slow and haphazard and offhand. Sort of ok, but falling short all round

Three of us for weekday lunch, good choices on the menu and the specials board, good sized portion and very tasty food, 2 had steak and ale pie and 1 had venison. Good variety of drinks at the bar and welcoming/friendly staff. Will revisit.

Hi all. Yes we do allow dogs, we love dogs. They're welcome in the pub in the bar and side room and outside and we have some doggy treats available too. The only place we restrict them is in the restaurant. Thanks
