I loved our time here! Definitely a unique experience! From start to finish- the service was superb, the food excellent, and the memories will last a lifetime.

Bottom line: We love the Melting Pot experience and food. This restaurant was really dark and service was OK at best. Liked some of the new features. Road trip across America specials...not my cup of tea! Took our kids here for the first time and they enjoyed the experience. We've been to many MPs and this restaurant was really dark... More
I have dined at this Melting Pot location 3 times in the past couple of years. I went again last week and it seems to have gone downhill. We felt very rushed- the waitress kept bringing out the next course before we had finished the previous one. The portions seem skimpy, you get unlimited dippers but our waitress hardly came... More
We had the Fondue for Two package offered through Groupon. This consisted of two individual salads, a cheese fondue and two three-entree' dinner fondues (where my wife and I each chose totally separate entree's), with our choice of any premium cooking style; we chose Coq Au Vin. Service was exceptional and the food was very good. Because this was my... More
We decided on the Melting Pot for my daughter's sixteenth birthday because we have had three other great parties in the past. We reserved the party room for 12 and it was perfect from start to finish! The waiter Michael and the entire staff were unbelievable! Michael was our waiter as well and gave us the utmost attention. Can't say... More
Great dinner with lots of food. Friendly staff. I love the chocolate fondue with the fruit. Very low key, relaxing dinner, great way to end a stressful week. There was some confusion with the Groupon I had bought, but the manager made it right.
Had a mom and daughter day. Made reservations online. Then looked for groupon. Said I couldn't do online reservations to use it. Just went anyway. The host asked and I explained why I didn't have a groupon. He told me to go to the table and get one! They work around that. Our server was awesome too. Brenton knew his... More
Unbelievably expensive for melted cheese and chocolate. I realize that it is meant to be a relaxed and slow experience but service was slow. Had to ask for water and soda refills repeatedly. Server was nice but seemed overwhelmed. Won't go back, but probably because I didn't enjoy the whole fondue thing.....
interesting place. really nice people and good service. just dont think i am very big on fondue. awful lot of work and i found it to be just so so. again, this may be simply my preference. were a lot of people there having a good time and again the staff was great - simply not my cup of tea
This is our third time dining at The Melting Pot, the first at this location. My husband, son, and I had an excellent time enjoying excellent food. Our waiter David was very attentive and fun to have a little conversation with. The manager / magician entertained us for a bit before our main course was served and we enjoyed the... More

I have a Groupon for $100 gift certificate + 4- $25 Gift cards. The terms state that the Gift Cards will be issued the day of my visit and then be activated within 48 hours, but what about the $100 gift certificate? I was planning on using that to pay for dinner that day. Will that be ok or do I need to come in early to activate them all so I can use it when I visit next week? Thank you.
