There is nothing "wrong" with this establishment, but it is not about to take over the Columbus dining scene anytime soon either. It is more reminiscent of an American bar done in a German style. For example, the music played in the back ground was a 80/90's classic rock selection. They appeared to have a lot of Ohio craft beers... More

I went after a movie hoping for real German food. It more a nod to German food. It is a bar where you can get a bratwurst. Ho hum.

What a delightful surprise. My husband and I weren't sure what to expect but definitely walked away happy campers. We both ordered original German wursts with bratkartoffe. Instantly brought back all our wonderful memories of our days in Heidelberg Germany. Food was awesome. Bier delicious. Prices great. You won't be disappointed.

Stopped in mid-afternoon upon arrival to Worthington area of Columbus. Large selection of beers, imported and domestic. Specialty clearly is German beers and many on tap. Food selection was excellent. Had the Pork Schnitzel with red cabbage, potato pancakes - apple sauce. Apple Strudel for dessert. Food was excellent and well prepared. Portion size was just right. Potato pancakes creatively... More

Traveled into town to watch the Columbus Crew take on NYCFC. We wanted something a bit more local and not a large chain. At first we worried bringing our two-year old into a beer and brat place but the servers were accommodating and our daughter enjoyed the food. We arrived about 3pm on Saturday, and it was mildly busy. An... More

Good German food, go there on a Tuesday night and can get a 5oz sausage and fries for $4.99. Good selection of beer. Service just ok, they were slow when I was there and service was slow. Hate to see it if they were slammed.

My husband and I recently visited Wurst and Bier over the weekend. They were out of most of the seasonal beers. Which it would have saved some time of the bartender just said what they did have. We went there to try the rattlesnake sausage. They also didn't have that. It's place that serves exotic food, but they are out.... More

We visited on a quiet Thursday night. Service was OK, but that's not what makes this place great. I grew up in Germany/Austria and I can absolutely give my stamp of approval for the authenticity of the food. Also, they offer a great selection of German Biers. Overall this is definitely a place I would go back to anytime I... More

I had a liter of beer (forgot the name), and the sausage with spaetzle, and bread. It was good, the spaetzle did not have a lot of flavor for my taste. But the pork and veal bratwurst was quite good. I liked both.

First time! Came with family who live in Cbus. Great selection of German sausages, schnitzel, etc. Loved the pretzel appetizer. Good selection of beers. And the prices are economically when compared to other German restaurants. Looked to be only a few cooks and waiters on our day, but they did an excellent job and were friendly. Totally pleased with our... More
