Not in a location you would expect to find a restaurant/bar. Exterior doesn't look like much, but inside is quite nice. Nice booths, tables and decor. Restaurant is bigger than I thought based on other reviews. Bar only seats about 10 (Not a sports bar-1 TV). Had a burger, cooked to perfection, juicy and nice seasoning. Wife had chicken sandwich... We ate supper at Greenisland Irish pub this past weekend. All in all it was pretty good. The portions are huge, and the food is true to its Irish roots. I will say that the very tasty cabbage did also have the effect of drano in a stopped up pipe. Oooh Weee did it ever! But it didn't taste like... More

You can't have a St. Patty's Day without a corned beef sandwich! The corned beef was lean and the sides delish! Even for a very busy evening, we scored seats at the bar and decided it was better to eat there than wait for a table. It was our first time at Greenisland and we'll go back.

This little hideaway restaurant is a great place to visit. The cod fish dinner is nicely done. Lightly crusted and flaky inside. Steak fries are good and not greasy. Good cole slaw also. Corned beef dinner or sandwich very good as are the appetizer Reuben rolls. Susan is a great server and often offers us advice on what to try... More

Traditional Irish dishes - corned beef everywhere! Like potatoes or cheese? Your in the right spot! Haven't heard Danny Boy since March 17th - no worries, you'll hear it hear, maybe even played on the piano by the owner. Be prepared to discuss what County your from, while you review the daily specials. Not a fan of Irish fare -... More

My son and I went. We are, talked, got filled. It simply tasted good. I'd suggest it to any American Irish who wants a taste of their heritage. It's totally Iridh in the fact it's unasuming and what it "looks" like. An honest taste, with reasonable pricing.

Very home atmosphere. You could tell that the waitress and owner knew a lot of the clients. Our waitress was very attentive. Food was excellent. Tables a little too close together . Parking is really poor be prepared to street park.

This small restaurant never fails to make you feel good and provide a hearty and delicious meal. Staff is thoughtful and sweet. Decor is simple but cozy and inviting. Shepherd;s pie has real beef and not ground beef and a great layer of cheese. Enjoy it with a Guinness.

A little local place with basic pub type food. Nothing to really excite you, nothing to really turn you off either. If you want pub food, there are other options in the Cleveland area that provide better value. One time I ordered to take out, they botched up the order, and when I called to advise them what had happened,... More

I brought my family to this restaurant for a special Friday dinner. Well, The service was soooo SLOW it was unreal. There were maybe 6 tables occupied, not busy at all for a Friday evening. I swore the cook either took a LONG dinner break or something happened. We waited way over 60-70 minutes for hamburgers etc., nothing fancy was... More
