Just like the volcano, the space is small, but the food erupts with flavor and the staff is great! We were there on Sat. 9/17/16 for a late seating, 9:30. Party of 4. The place was packed and loud with conversation and fun. We ordered a variety of cocktails, appetizers, & entrees. Everything that we ordered was tasty and unique.... More

Etna is a small, quaint local neighborhood restaurant. It will never win international food awards, but given the combination of good quality food, friendly helpful employees, wonderful atmosphere, it is worth at least one stop on your trip. Make a reservation because it is small and it is a local favorite. We actually had to make a reservation for dinner... More

Very quaint atmosphere. Small and a bit noisy but pleasing. Wine selection good. We had the grilled calamari appetizer which was very good. Salads were delicious and we thought we had made a great choice. Dinner was quite disappointing. We each had something different: fish, chicken and duck. All were ok but nothing to write home about. The homemade tiramisu... More

We dined at Etna late on a Sunday afternoon. It wasn't busy, but it got busy by the time we finished dinner. This is a small restaurant in Little Italy; Italian is spoken and locals come to hang out at the bar. Though it got kind of loud with people talking back and forth, it added ambiance to the whole... This is a little place in Little Italy. The food is pretty authentic and very well priced. We had a calamari starter which was just excellent. Fresh calamaris (no tentacles, don't know why) grilled with olive oil and garlic. Then we had pasta. My husband had the simple tomato sauce pasta and it was just excellent. The pasta perfectly cooked... More

We were referred to Etna by the desk manager at our Hotel (Glidden House). This restaurant was has outrageous food. The flavors were out of this world. I highly recommend coming to this restaurant. We had Stuffed Ravioli and a Salmon filet (made up like Bouillabaisse with clams, shrimp, calamari and muscle shirts) Oh My! And very nice wine list... More

A cozy authentic restaurant in Cleveland's Little Italy. We had ravioli and manicotti and the Etna salad. The tomato cream sauce on the ravioli was good enough to lick the plate! The manicotti was rich and cheesy and piping hot. The salad was huge - definitely big enough to share. The atmosphere was wonderful. It made us lonesome for Italy.

A delightful ristorante on the Hill; it's well worth the walk from wherever you can find parking. I'm guessing that you can't get a bad meal there. Everyone at our table was pleased with their selections, the ambience, the friendly staff, the lack of pressure to eat up and be on our way. We felt welcome and I'm looking forward... More

My dinner companion recommended Etna last evening as a late night spot to attend after a concert at Severance Hall. We ventured inside this corner comfy homestyle Italian eatery just a few minutes before 11 pm and were greeted warmly by our host Carlo who recommended a few dishes and a sparkling Muscato from Sardegna, Italy: Dolci Note (Translated Sweet...
