The menu was amazing. The little flavour shot cubes the chef gave us at the start of our meals were incredible - really got the taste buds looking for more. It set an extremely high standard for the rest of the meal to follow and I was not disappointed. Everything was perfect including the service. Thank you very much for... More

Fabulous food, setting and service! A real flavoursome dining treat. The menu offers a range of different sized portions which cater for sharing. And you want to share to taste as many dishes as possible because the food is outstanding. The crunchy whole fish was to die for (ate all meat off the bone! it was so moreish) and the... More

We were excited to try this place, so I secretly booked for valentines to surprise my lady. I booked over the phone and the degustation was recommended. We booked nearly two months in advance for valentines day and were greeted with probably the worst seat in the house. Although many tables were available wait staff seated everyone very close.. on... Small birthday party of 12 had a great lunch, in air-conditioned comfort. The banquet was plentiful, refreshing and very very tasty. A great time was enjoyed by all.

Visited for dinner as a couple. Menu was interesting and a little different which was nice. All dishes were full of flavour and very well presented on the plate. I think in some cases the spice factor was toned down a little to much. Service was a little "hit and miss" however overall a very good dining experience.

Tamarind has been my "go to" restaurant for all family celebrations. We've always loved the menu, but, the new menu leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion. I don't believe there is the same variety, serving sizes are now listed as small, medium, large and very large (from memory), which I just found confusing. The quality of the... More

Having visited The Tamarind a number of times before, we had high expectations. We were introduced to the new menu which started the night before and were a little confused at the different size meals (4), and how to order as they encourage you to share. Eventually the five of us threw caution to the wind and ordered with the... More

Enjoyed a very pleasurable lunch. Asian Fusion Style. Started with a Spicy Congee (complimentary), Bang Bang Chicken was a great entree as was the Pork Belly. Mains the Duck and Bug dishes were the most tasty but they were all good. The Choc Torte was good and for those continuing to enjoy the Asian themed dining, the Grapefruit and Coconut... More
