Stayed in one of the lovely newly renovated rooms. Thoroughly enjoyed the scenic walks and atmosphere. Great friendly host and the pub grub is bang on. Quaint and different. Would definitely recommend 🤍

Having booked for Sunday lunch just on the morning of the day we attended, we were able to get a table inside. We arrived early and were met with very friendly and engaging staff a very prompt efficient and hygienic service. Despite being a D...our table was in fact three so with Raible to sit and have a drink before ordering a meal slightly before our original booking time. The food was very good value for money tasty, and large portions. Desert was beautifully presented and the staff were very attentive throughout. This is quaint pub and we felt we were able to eat here with confidence despite the Covid pandemic. Youlgreave is a stunning destination and this pub and it’s staff are a real asset to this local community.More

We visited today following a walk around Youlgreave. Sharon and her team were so helpful (allowing us to park at the pub before our walk) and friendly. The service was cheery and with a big smile and the food was very tasty and competitively priced....Would visit again with no hesitation at all.More

Sharan was a great host. We had dinner 1 night which was very tasty and service was quick. Our bedroom was modern, spacious and very clean. Breakfast was good but limited due to covid. All in all, we had a great stay and would certainly...be back again!More

Spent a pleasant evening enjoying a well cooked meal in good, safe environment. Menu was good. Enjoyed salmon as a change from traditional pub food. Friendly staff and super service. Worth a visit.

Fancied a stop off on the way to a wedding in Newark for some R&R and walking. The Farm Yard was an excellent choice! We stayed in the Pig Sty which was a lovely room, ideal for our stay, clean and well appointed. The staff...were lovely and very accommodating, a few good ales on offer with a great pub grub menu. Ample outside seating - and as residents took advantage of the lovely sunny courtyard. Will definitely be back!More

Having stayed in the village for 7 nights we found this the most welcoming pub in Youlgreave. Therefore we visited 3 times and each time the food was excellent. We had Lambs liver, the sausages, Salmon and the Sunday roast and we would recommend them...all. This was only surpassed by the friendliness of the staff and the Landlady. There’s a nice selection of desserts, Ales and Gin. We are already looking forward to our return and we may well try out the accommodation. PS Our dog was made to feel very welcome.More
