Arrived at The Bleinheim Hotel with a few ladies celebrating an 80th Birthday. We were greeted by very friendly staff in a relaxed atmosphere, and no rushing about or being ushered quickly into the breakfast room. When we eventually went to have breakfast, our waitress was polite and attentive. Great selection of food from cereals and porridge to full English... More

We visited this wonderful little hotel again. Nothing had changed, the staff was polite, friendly and effective. The food was great and the atmosphere just right.

Visited the Blenheim on Saturday with another couple. We were greeted by really pleasant staff and made to feel very welcome. After a very short time we were taken to our table. I really liked the menu because of how minimal it was, five or six choices of starters and the same for the main courses...rather than being faced with... More

Visited last month, saturday night and was met warmly, but unfortunately as good as it got. Food lacking flavour and poorly presented. The dining area was gloomy and needed a good fettle. Service was hit and miss as seemed to disappear for ages. Years ago used to visit regularly but has some way to go before would re-visit again

Considering there was over 30 of us (all drunk as well) the blenheim provided excellent and timely service from quite a decent menu selection, considering how small it it. Though they're pudding is quite limited ( I ended up having ice cream :-( ) that is the only criticism I have. They gave my entire family complete usage of the... More

We visited with a group of colleagues and had the benefit of the lovely Radbourne room for privacy. We preordered and there was great choice from the menu we were offered and it was difficult to decide what to have. I started with asparagus wrapped in Parma ham served with a poached duck egg, really lovely and tasty. Only issue... More

Lovely place for food, bar meals or just a nice catch up with friends. Never disappointed! All the food is cooked fresh to order and they can adapt meals for all requirements. Staff are very professional and friendly!

Having visited the Blenheim several times before and had very good food was very disappointed in recent visit. The pie was nothing to shout about but ok, the spoon full of lumpy mash and peas that came with it was however pretty awful! The soup starter was tasty but only luke warm and very small portion, the warm bread was... More

Booked at random we had no knowledge of this hotel or village until we stayed last week. Owned and run by the Richie-Smith family this superb small hotel has all the personal touches needed to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Dinner was a very enjoyable meal served in a relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was individually prepared and served piping hot... More
