I would definitely recommend a stop at this quirky little place. You can pop in for just a cuppa or pay £5 which goes to charity to meet the Llamas and have a selfie, and see the rest of the menagerie. They also offer loads more if you have more time on your hands such as Llama trekking, B&B and... More

We stopped for lunch on a long journey and this place was a really quirky interesting find. We ate panini and sandwiches which were very nice, served with salad and we saw others eating fish and chips which looked nice. It is all home made with local produce. The children's sandwich could have been served with salad (eg cucumber and... More

Heading home from a bank holiday weekend in Scotland. Traffic was building up ahead so decided to pop in. We had a tea and coffee plus some cake. We sat in the conservatory which was nice and warm. It was weird having a Llama watch you eat and drink :-). Given more time I would have liked to go for... More

Eye catching cafe with interesting extras to keep you amused when not eating and drinking. Pleasant food, decent tea and lots to look at both inside and out. I quite enjoyed watching a pair of llamas do not a great deal while I ate a satisfactory bacon bap.

Very family friendly cafe, the outdoor area is even more appealing with the changes, the inside is as lovely as before but the old bus seats are a fab touch! Staff very polite, friendly and helpful

Called in for a breakfast stop on our way to keswick...food and drink were lovely and made even better by the fact they had gluten free bread 😀. Our son got a selfie with a llama which absolutely made his day. Defo recommend

This is a convenient stop for teas/coffees and snacks on the way to/from the west/east coast. It is a cheap and cheerful establishment with lost of animal themed items for children and live bunnies and other animals in the back gardens. It is also a gift shop. I had coffee and a scone, the latter of which was on the... More

USed the restaurant and also 2 nights stayed in the Safari-themed accomodation on site.Great food, friendly, very helpful staff. Llamas just outside the cafe as well as other animals avaialble for youngsters, and not quite so much to watch and be entertained by. Alsp did the Llama trek which was quite cool and the member of staff who accompanied us... More

This was for us a coffee stop. It is a cafe / shop. With interesting zoo type surroundings. The food menu was disappointing but the coffee was ok. There are various animals and birds surrounding this cafe which customers are free to enjoy. It is somewhere we would stop again.
