Service was very slow over 15 mins for coffee and 30 mins for oatcakes and crumpets. Food was very good though and the place itself is really nice.

No 6 The Tea Room is now known as Chestnut Café. Still very good coffee and even better cakes! The millionaire’s shortbread is divine :-) Definitely a recommend.

Sat outside and had a late breakfast (smoked salmon, avocado and poached egg on toast) which was very nice. Service was friendly but a little slow, but it was very very busy. Would recommend.
Could not fault this lovely village tea room. The service was prompt and the waitress was very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent. Will definitely visit again when we are in the village again.

Visited on our way to Shrewsbury taking a scrmic route we stopped for tea whuch turned into lunch. Lovely, friendly helpful staff. Nice atmosphere. Great food fresh leaf tea nicely prepared and served. Will visit again and highly recommend
