Room was cold. Radiators worked intermittently, so the room never really warmed up. They should provide extra heaters/blankets, it is January!

Hi Lesley On the day of your visit we actually had a boiler issue- which lasted a few days. We did try to keep our log fires roaring and all doors closed so apologies of this was not good enough. Regards Stuart
