Food was excellent and plentiful. Drinks are a little pricey but staff are nice. Atmosphere is good most of the time. Good pub for all ages.

Came as a big party of 19. The majority of meals came out together just 1 hic up but very quickly corrected. Food was fresh and hot on arrival. Staff very pleasant and accommodating. Families welcome including small children. Only downfall was only one high chair. Definitely recommend. 👍

We love it here the food is fantastic and we'll worth the money. All home cooked we come with elderly parents who the staff look after no problem, especially as my father inlaw is Gluten free there always happy to help.

We visited one lunch time and chose something from the light bites menu which meant we could choose a starter and dessert for £1 each. What a bargain we ordered garlic mushroom to start which were very nice followed by our main course which was a sized portion considering these were light bites so may try something off the main... The decor and layout was ok Toilets were well maintained I did notice that no one was eating food despite the fact that it's served until 7pm everyday The car park needs attention and the smoking areas need removing... Decided to try my local pubs food last night (Thursday ) and was very pleasantly surprised on a couple of levels. Firstly the quality of the food was far better than I was expecting, and the value was even better. If you choose a meal from the Grille range, that includes a drink, a pint of Strongbow in my case,... More

Great atmosphere at the weekends, has jukebox, sky sports, pool and darts board. Some staff are ok, one or two actually go out of their way to talk to you and make you feel welcome. Unfortunately there was a bit of trouble whilst we were eating our bargain meal (micro chips actually tasted better) but we had front row seats... More
