A lovely little place to come and have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Set right in the heart of Beaconsfield New Town. We came for lunch. I chose the set menu which was £14.95 this included a main dish 2 side dishes a glass of house white/red wine. I had the white and it was very good. There was a good... More

Another excellent meal in a lovely shabby chic café restaurant. A warm welcome and very good service from Mark and team. A very good choice from the evening menu and always well cooked and presented. Looking forward to another visit soon. We are regular visitors to this lovely café.

Told by a local to go here and so glad we did. Mark the owner is so sociable and gave us a few recommendations. My friend had food from the daily deli offer fish cake with goats cheese n beetroot salad. I had the beef burger which was succulent and rather tasty as were the chips. We had a Southern... More

Had another exquisite meal at the Cape !. The new goat cheese salad was an innovative masterpiece and a lovely balancing of subtle flavours. Also loved the chicken liver parfait....my son commented that it tasted like Foie gras which is a true compliment from a young French connaisseur. Ostrich main course was superb. Sauce was a perfection with an "early... More

Nice decor inside, good service and a wide range of options for breakfast and lunch, as well as coffee and cakes. Much preferred to the usual chain coffee places nearby.

We just wanted to stop for a light lunch whilst on the motorway. Knowing Beaconsfield in the past we thought we would detour and also pop, into Waitrose before returning to France. We wandered about, no where took our fancy until we spotted The cape. On walking in we knew we had struck gold. Trendily furnished smiley staff and a great... More

Great & quick service, wide range of sandwiches, cakes and beverages. Lots of options of healthy food and smoothies and hot drinks. Very bright but cosy interior with good music on the background. Great for quick lunch with friends or family.

We have been to The Cape for dinner on many occasions but it had been awhile so we were looking forward to returning for the evening. We were so pleased that it was as good as always! Food and service both excellent. If you haven't been to The Cape for dinner then you must try it!!

Today I just happened to be in Beaconsfield at lunchtime and decided to stop by The Cape, an idiosyncratic cafe restaurant right in the centre of Beaconsfield in Bucks. The Cape offers home made soups, salads and sandwiches at lunchtime and a delicious looking menu for dinner two days of the week. You can have breakfast there as well. This... More
