Costa Maya port stop via cruise ship. You go past all the shops to the end and walk outside the gates. Cabs will be waiting on the right hand side about 100 yards. 2 dollars per person for a cab ride to 40 cannons. Best guacamole I have ever had. Just have to purchase a drink and Food. Worth the... Beautiful view, comfortable and unique. Free wifi. Service was over the top. $11.00 American dollars for 4 beers, chips and guacamole.

Porfirio and his coworker were fantastic! They kept our drinks full and made sure we were hungry. What friendly service. The unlimited drink package is a deal and the beach was well kept.

The food and service just keep us coming back. Francisco, Johnny, Carlos and the rest of the crew are amazing. There were 43 of us this trip and they kept us more than happy with drinks and food. Go to the back of the port, walk out the gate and grab a taxi and tell them 40 Cannones! You will... More

Food was ok but expensive for what they offer. The waitress got confuse with our order a couple of times and we even had to remind him on our order. The owner was having dinner with some relatives at that time and all the staff was more concentrated on serving them rather than taking care of the rest of the... More

We came a few nights during our stay in Mahahual. This is the best late night grab a quiet and quick drink. We all loved the atmosphere and our server NEMO was super nice. Lots of people visit this place during the day and stay at their hotel but check it out in the evening. Gorgeous patio and the drinks... More

We were there around 11.00 am on a Tuesday. The Town was still sleepy and not many places yet open. We decided to have a late breakfast with Cappuccino and sandwiches. Service was idle. Cappuccino was good. Sandwich with serano ham and cheese was lots of bread and very dry. Clubsandwich was a joke. Two slices of Toast with bacon... More

We received a day pass for the beach resort of 40 Cannons at Pez Quadro as a shore excursion from a cruise we were on. While we were a little leery on getting to the location with a local shuttle service, we made it there without any problems. Just make sure you tell your driver that you want "40 Cannons... More
