Well presented Sunday brunch. Starts with mimosas and a large platter on the table with fruit and cheese and oysters with a delicious cheese sauce. Great menu with lots of choices of delicious breakfast items. I had the eggs Benedict and my husband had the...spinach mushrooms omelette. Both delicious. Mimosas and coffee included in the price.More

Everything was wonderful, Filos Espinoza was a plus playing romantica songs on his accordion. The escargot were tender and the herb, garlic butter was the best I’ve ever had. My wife and I loved the classic French onion soup. The way to finish the evening...is with their creme brûlée. Kano made us feel welcome and is the ultimate host. Wait staff were knowledgeable and attentive.More

First time here & will not be the last.. Had seen St. Remy’s ad in the paper for Saturday & Sunday Brunch..Had never been.. What a delight..to behold..Not only the setting..picturesque grounds...the waitstaff & food & presentation..Top Notch... You start with a choice of Mimosa,...Coffee or tea..( our friends had 2 mimosas each..no extra charge) 295 pesos for Brunch...but not over priced for what we received.. Then a 3 tired serving dish arrived..Top layer, 2 kinds of cheese..with cubes of butter & homemade jam..to go with the warm in house made buns.. Second layer..Chickpea curry balls with coconut..& Oysters Rockefeller..One for each person.. Bottom plate had variety of sliced melons.. You then have a choice of 6-8 items for your main breakfast dish.. My husband had the best Mushroom, Spinach Omelette he has ever had & he has had lots in his time... I had 4 very delicate crepes filled with crabmeat & a light curry sauce..topped with small tomatoes...As they say..To die for..and my husband told me..I was Not to lick my plate clean.. Our friends both had the Eggs Bennie..They almost licked their plates clean.. All were served in piping hot dishes.. And in the background..a young man was playing a variety of music on his guitar..Only added to the perfect elegance of our meal & setting.. A special place for a special occasion..More

Wonderful dining experience last nite. Decor, ambiance and service was top-drawer. Initially somewhat disappointed that Chateau Briand for 2 no longer on the menu. BUT when asked, the server was able to provide and it was prepared to perfection, as were the vegetables and bernaise...sauce. Mexican coffee and creme brûlée were excellent as well. 👍😊More

11 of us met at St Remy du Lac for brunch this past Sunday. Service was VERY slow, even for Mexico, and not at all attentive. The food preparation was haphazard with orders being presented tableside over a 10 minute period of time. My eggs...were to be cooked "hard" and after two failed attempts I just canceled my order. The owner/manager apologize but the bill reflected my canceled order and we had to point this out to the waiter when he finally appeared to process the payment. We had a reservation so they should have been prepared to service a large party. I will not be back for brunch.More

This used to be my go to place for celebrations and elegant dinners....until last night. My goose liver pate was something sliced out of a can instead of the usual fresh liver pate, they tried to pass off bad sausage as duck breast and the...service was awful. Will have to find a new place for celebrations 😢More

We visited last week and we were happy we did! The place is relaxing and quiet, nice garden. The food was really good. From the bread they give you for free at first, the onion soup, the Caesar salad en everything to the main dish....Their chocolate dessert was also amazing. We will definitely be back soon!More

The grounds are STUNNING, and so is the food. Oh, and the bottomless champagne glass doesn't hurt either! Great place, attentive service.

Go out Ocampo to the La Huerta development. Cross that corner and stay on Ocampo until you see a little road on the left (it almost looks like a trail). Go down that road. You will pass cows on the left. Ahead on your right... More

I am not sure, as I am not in Ajijic at the moment. I did hear that the restaurant was moving to a new location.
