What a fun visit they had. My niece's were given the choice of bubblegum or tutti fruity tea and when their meals arrived they couldn't hide their excitement. Fresh fruit, teddy bear shaped sandwiches, small scone with jam and a couple small sweet treats. The service was wonderful. Our meals were also really really good. Annabelle's is defiantly not a... Annabelle's is a busy place, so make a reservation in advance, and ask for a table in the upper sections. There are lots of choices on menu, but someone in our group always seems to try the British Sampler -complete with Union Jack! The salads are always good, too.The dining room is a bit cramped, but this really doesn't detract... More

Went here for lunch for my birthday. The place is an old house converted into a restaurant with several small dining rooms. Everything is fresh and homemade, including five different salad dressings! Homemade soup, sandwiches, quiche and more. And don't forget the great selection of teas. You have to finish off your meal with a nice tea. Prices are slightly... More

I was here today on a whim with two friends. Had an AMAZING lunch. I had the soup de jour followed by a reuben sandwich. The soup... roasted fennel and tomato bisque was UNREAL SO WARM AND INVITING!!l. The reuben and mediteranean sandwich along with a British sampler with the scrumptious scone was also unbelievable. I am so happy we... More

I was visiting from the Ottawa area and wanted to bring my Mom and sister somewhere special for lunch. Annabelle's was decorated like a palace, so beautiful. We all had the British Sampler and "oooed and awed" when it was served, the presentation was fit for a Queen. But beyond looks, the food was simply delicious, every morsel! I cannot... More

Went to lunch with my friend. This was not my first time.....over the past 5 years, i have chosen to eat here. The Tea rooms are beautifully decorated, the food is to die for and the service is first class. My friend, although a local had never been here before and it was wonderful to see her reaction to her... More

Don't use the online reservation link. Cancelled a reservation more than a week before our reservation. They didn't mark it down and then I was made to feel guilty that they were turning customers away while our table was being held.

Visited here with my friend and our families for my birthday. I would not recommend going here with young children as it's just not suitable. As soon as I walked in I wish I had visited with just my friend and not brought my kids with me. The children's high tea is just beautiful!! No words to describe how much... More

So sorry to hear that you feel your visit to Annabelle's was not up to expectations. As a kitchen rule, we do require all children teas to be made using 60% hot water and 40% cold. Perhaps in a busy time this may have slipped, but we have never had this complaint as yours in the past 9 years and... More

My mother and sister and I enjoyed lunch on Saturday and were very glad we made reservations or we would have not got in. The British sampler, soup and salads were very good as were the scones. Arrive hungry as the portions are generous. The desserts also looked very impressive, but we were too full.

We've visited Annabelle's a number of times and it's always a great experience. The food is fresh and there's a nice variety of items on the menu. We usually order a meal for lunch but have also had the afternoon tea from time to time. Our kids love the Sweet Tea! The atmosphere is awesome. The décor and attention to... More
