Had a terrific dinner. Myself and a guest shared a number of appetizers, entrees and desserts. In addition to ordering from their short but quality wine list, I brought a couple of bottles which they corked for a small fee (but they voluntarily waived it in the end). Atmosphere is romantic. Service is extraordinary. Food was spectacular. The dessert menu... More

My sister-in-law and I came for a spa and dinner date recently and though the visit was good and we had fun, there is definitely room for improvement especially given the cost. The quality of the pedicures we got was great, the estheticians definitely knew what they were doing and did a great job but the issue is that the... More

Had the lunch buffet during a corporate event. Enjoyed the variety of the buffet and the atmosphere. Large salad and pasta bar, dessert table, and freshly made pulled beef and ham. Would like to come back for a meal a la carte.

We have been many times to the Elm hurst, the location is a favourite spot for weddings etc, the grounds and old house are very pretty a lovely setting But their food is consistently disappointing Mother's Day brunch, costs more than the regular brunch and in order to seat more people they remove a couple of food stations like the... Stopped here a few times. Food has been good. Don't do what I did last year. Friends made reservation for one of their buffet packages. I wanted to pay, so I took the bill. I did not realize they had a set gratuity already in and I added a good tip. Though it was a lot and checked their website... More

We enjoyed an outstanding three course dinner! The ambiance was lovely as it was decorated for Christmas in a Victorian theme, and the service was excellent. The food was absolutely amazing and better than expected!!!

Today I was treated to the Elmhurst for my 60th Birthday with 21 family and friends and I was very much looking forward to it. We arrived for brunch and had our own room which was very nice if not slightly crowded. I'm sure that the food was very nice but rather than being allowed to enjoy the food and... More

Great stay. Was in Ingersoll on business and decided to try something different. Very nice stay but I feel it is more suited for couples.

As is the custom for our group we celebrate our respective 50th wedding anniversaries at the Elm Hurst and we had another fantastic dining experience. The Inn was very accommodating in providing a private main floor room for the occasion and the meal choice met everybody's expectations. The house wine was Ontario and was quite satisfactory

This past Sunday was the 41st anniversary of a Christmas gathering that began in high school with school friends from Ingersoll District Collegiate Instit. For the past dozen + years we have met at Elm Hurst for brunch. It is central for all of us, we can get small dining room to ourselves and the food is wonderful. The atmosphere... More
