We used to love going here as I eat sushi and my family prefers other food. But they now treat ordering off the menu like all you can eat and everyone gets their mains at different times. We also ordered two appetizers and one didn't...More
Used to be a regular at Makimono, however recently the quality of sushi has gone down hill. The sashimi is the only value here if you enjoy it. The maki rolls and the hand rolls aren't made with care and are borderline sloppy at times,...More

My family always finds this fairly reasonable for sushi - good quality, good vegetarian choices as well. I like ordering on the ipads - kids do too. They aren't super fast, and the service is civil but not overly friendly - but overall it's clean,...More
Relative to other sushi places in Durham, it's on the higher end of pricing for sure. But definitely worth it because the food is actually really good. Great to bring anyone you wish to impress.
