Hometown cooking with some local flavour like moose meat stew; cod (of course). Relatively good variety. Gravy is an add on and does not come with your dinner. Shrimp and scallops and fish cakes (cod) were great. Portions were very good. Do not expect a...More

Went at the end of season. No moose meat stew, but had moose pizza. Unique and tasty! Fish pieces in fish and chips were massive! Fries, stuffing and gravy did not disappoint!

Great service! Unfortunately, the food was underseasoned and quite bland. The moose burger my husband had was really good though.

This restaurant as recommended to us. There were four of us and we were all satisfied with our meal.my husband had the moose stew and enjoyed it. Two had a fish meal and one a chicken. All satisfied.

We had wanted to have moose, as recommended by other travellers we met. So Earl's provided it in an inexpensive, no-frills, diner environment.

Fun restaurant pub with lots of Newfoundland vibe. Jigs n reels play while you dine. Standard fare of cod is available, but go for the moose! Wonderfully tender and tasty. The pizza was delish!

We ate here two nights. Should have stayed with fish and chips the second night. My husband's turkey dinner was scraps of turkey. Cod tongues inedible. Fries were good. Service pleasant but slow. We were told it wouldn't be long. Forty five minutes later we...More
