Well we wanted to try Chinese food tonite…the service we recieved was nice,quite busy but moving along smoothly. The meal was ok,a little more flavouring to my taste and definitely hotter but not too long a wait,prices in a good range …

Good food, great service!

We had dinner here and ate quite well, but the exceptional part of the meal was the service provided by our server, Alicia. She is absolutely the sweetest person we have met in a long time and we left the restaurant with huge smiles.

One of the best Chinese restaurants in NL with cheap prices

We have visited this restaurant at least 30 times and it never disappoints. The food is fresh and delicious with good service and very cheap prices. The decor is pleasing. Combination platters start at $8.99 but my favorite is the Kings's platter at $14.99 that includes Won Ton soup, egg roll, honey garlic ribs, chicken balls and rice. The canadian food is not all great but their chinese selections are superb. A must visit if you are in the Holyrood, NL area.

Will not return, would not recommend. Service does not meet expectation, food was soggy, and perceived lack of care for issues when communicated to ownership.

Great food

My wife and I ate at Wong's today for supper. Food and service was great. The only concern I have was the plates were cold resulting in food getting cold too soon. My advice to this restaurant is heat the serving plates prior to bring food to your table. This will keep food hot longer and more pleasurable to eat. Other than that minor detail, I would definitely recommend Wong's.

Excellent Food with Spartan Decor

The food here is great and the portions are generous. You even get to mix and match for a “make your own” plate. The decor is basic, but you don’t go there to look at the walls.

For where we were, I suppose this place was fine, no complaints, choice of Cantonese or Sechwan, dinner packages, clean, helpful service, and yes Canadian food as well.

Great food, great deal

We ate there as a group of six on a Saturday night. Ordered the dinner for six. Selection was great and portions were good. Good service. Reasonable prices. I would advise making reservations, as the restaurant is very busy. A great deal for the money!

Great food

We had dinner at Wong's on our first night in Holyrood, as it was just around the corner.We decided on takeout, and the food was delicious and reasonable in price at approximately $25 for the two of us. It was a very busy place, both for dining in and takeout, and we noticed that held true every night. I highly recommend it.

Took out food for 7 people that was reasonably priced and had good taste. Staff were very good. We ordered 7 different dishes as suggested by the receptionist. Made me feel welcome in the restaurant while waiting for the order which took about 25 minutes .
