This was a good respite after 12 hours of flying and airports. The place had been recently refurbished. The room was clean, but very small. The bed and dresser seemed too big for the room. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

My husband and I ate here two evenings and had two breakfasts that were included in out hotel booking. The servings are generous and the food is quite acceptable, but nothing exceptional. The meal-sized garden salad was fresh and tasty. The pan-fried cod was good. The breakfast includes fried eggs, easy over, fried potatoes, baked beans, sausages, yogourt, fresh fruit... More

Stayed here for 3 nights and wished I could have stayed longer! =) The staff are extremely helpful and very welcoming, the hotel itself is very modern and very clean with excellent facilities as well as being close to the airport, food and a short drive to Gros Morne national park. Absolutely loved my stay, I highly recommend Driftwood Inn.

Stayed in the apartment suite on the left of the building. It was ok, but the bathroom needed tiles replaced. It could have done with some upgrades. The vanity was showing signs of wear. Kitchenette was good. Full size fridge and dishes were clean.

We got to our room a little late in the evening because they are few hours from the the ferry in Port aux Basques so as far as I could tell it was a friendly place. The restaurant was extremely busy with the locals - it was wing night. Instead of waiting another hour to eat we grabbed a snack... More
