The locals, including the staff at the Tourist Information Office, raved about this place, so we thought we would give it a try. It's a take out but they do offer picnic tables outside. Everything is fresh but everything is fried in greasy oil. The...More
We were there in July. We though this might be a real «authentic place» to eat fish, as it is right there, on the dock. You will have that sea breeze ... but that's pretty all you will get. I have to say it was...More
This is located close to one of the harbours. This is a seafood supplier, that also supplies takeout. Lots of live lobster if you want it fresh or they will cook it for you. The ladies in the little kitchen make a great lobster or...More
Fantastic lobster rolls! be sure to order the (very large serving of) onion rings called the Gull's Nest. Visited twice in one week and willbe thinking of this on return to Iowa!

There's no effort put forth on the part of the owners, either in food or service. This place is beyond basic and is not recommended if you want either quality or reasonable prices.

This was amazing. The lobster roll was HUGE! I had half an order of the onion rings and it was more than enough. My husband had the scallop dinner and it too was more than enough. We ate here twice and were not disappointed. Not...More
Was visiting family, wanted a special seafood dinner. The scallpos we bought were OUTSTANDING, ...done up in a butter and wine sauce!
