After exploring and doing a bit of fishing around Enderby se décider to stop here for a burger and fries. Burger blah...fires good. Husband ordered milkshake...rum and butter.. flavorless. Approx 4 hrs after eating I got very nauseated, severe stomach cramps. Vomited and had liquid...More

This place has gone downhill in the past few years. They tout their burgers as homemade, but that is not the case. It is substantially overpriced for the quality of the food, and there are much better places in Enderby to dine. Try The Cliffs.More

Just wanted to let you know that we have never touted our burgers as homemade, and neither did the previous owners; when we bought the business we upgraded to 100% beef patties with no added wheat, corn, soy or any other fillers. We also made...More

We visited because the movie Blackway had a scene at the diner, we then decided to eat there and we saw a Anthony Hopkins picture on the wall so that was cool but food was average but decent.

I've driven by D&E diner many times, but haven't been inside. A friend asked me to grab her a BLT sandwich and piece of pie. She told me the diner was run by a lovely family. I was impressed when I walked in; friendly smiles,...More

The burgers here were quite good, same with the fries. Where I felt a bit disappointed was the atmosphere. We had a fairly significant snowstorm the night before, but this was mid-afternoon the next day and we had to climb through the snow to get...More

We're glad to hear that you enjoyed your meal at the D&E; unfortunately, the snow was a bit of a problem that day for us as we were in the middle of a mechanical crisis - the snow removal crew were doing their best to...More

ACK!! Sometimes snowstorms suck! The backstory that you wouldn't know about is that we were having mechanical trouble, hence the parking lot not being done as the snow-removal crew scrambled around buying parts & fixing the snowblower. Unfortunately, it happens, and it's always inconvenient (for...More

We like to stop at the D & E. The owner is a friendly young lady. The place is always clean, neat and tidy. It is a spot to go if you want a lite lunch or dinner. Maybe pie and coffee in the afternoon....More

The food here is terrible! Cheap ingredients that do nothing for anything on the menu. So sad as years ago it was much much better.
