Our extended family ate here the other night while at the stadium for a game. Unfortunately the game was rained out yet we still enjoyed ourselves and had a great dinner at Cattails. The kids were happy with their kid meals (the size of the chicken meal was huge) and us adults were equally pleased. I had the Gala apple... More

Watched a baseball game from the comfort of a skybox restaurant "cattails" food was upscale and very good. Had the best shrimp and grits and some small batch first Carolina bourbon.

The Shrimp Acapulco was not fully cooked, the shrimp was still raw. The Pork Sandwich okay but it tasted like it was cooked in old grease.

We got tickets and decided to eat at Cattails. I read the reviews and they all looked good. We were sadly wrong. We ordered Shrimp Acapulco for an appetizer my wife’s shrimp was cold. We both got the pork sandwich it was highly recommended not sure why. The food was bland and they were so busy the service suffered we... More

Cattails is located at the top, skybox level of the Five County Stadium in Zebulon. So, while you're there, you can watch the ball game (Carolina Mudcats, an AA minor league team affiliated with the Atlanta Braves). Combining fine dining with minor league baseball certainly was a big leap for someone to make, but it pays off here. The venue... More

I dislike going to a baseball game and getting hot with the sun in my eyes. So when I heard about CATTAILS I was very excited. The restaurant is above the stadium and has a great view of the playing field. Plus it has air conditioning! The food and service was very good. Some of us remained at our table... More

Cattails Restaurant sits high...about four to five stories...over the playing field of Mudcat - Five County Stadium. It is an excellent place to see a baseball game. The only thing that keeps you from concentrating on the game is the food!! Our food consisted of a buffet with a Greek Salad, Lasagna, French bread, and Tiramisu for dessert. Some of... More

30 members of an Active 55+ group attended a minor league baseball game, sitting in sky box seats which are appended to Cattails, a fine dining restaurant. The food was great (and very reasonably priced, considering quality and quantity), and watching the ball game from air conditioned seats was super.

I have dined at Cattails Restaurant on many occasions. The food is impeccably prepared and the service is the best in the Triangle. The wine list is one of the best in the Triangle and the ambience of dining atop a beautifully maintained ballfield is not to be beaten. Even if you're not a baseball fan, you will love the... More

Always looking for something different and special for Mother's day I noticed that Cattails was offering a Mother's day Brunch. Having not eaten at the ball park other than Hotdogs, peanuts, and dippin dots we weren't sure what to expect. We were all favorably impressed with the selection and quality of the food. While I've certainly been to larger brunch... More
