The Chef takes your order personally, then you can watch him/her cook it behind a glass partition. I realized after ordering that the dry rub contained pepper, which I can't have. The Chef was very kind and offered to cook another one without seasoning. It was delicious (as was my companion's, which did have the regular rub) and the Chef... More

Saw the sign off the highway and tried it out. It was next to a Holiday Inn and across from the Agro Center. As we turned into the parking lot I was thinking, "I'm not to sure about this". The parking lot was dark, it could use more lighting. But then when we entered it was a different story. Friendly... More

Friendly, prompt service. Steak was cooked to perfection, Texas toast and sweet potato were really tasty. Two suggestions for improvement.....add some spinach to the otherwise diverse salad bar, and serve the steak on a warmed plate.

We were greeted by the nicest server (Ciara or Sierra). She was friendly as well as professional. We ordered the chargrilled chicken breast and scallops… both dishes were excellent.

We were in Williamston overnight during a trip from Savannah back to New York. We stopped at Ribeyes as it was one of the only restaurants in town. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. They salad bar was fresh and clean and had a decent variety. The steaks come with potato and Texas toast (a thick slice of white... More

The Ribeye was next to the Holiday Inn Express and both seemed to be in the middle of nowhere. Later we found it is next to an Agricultural Center which hosts many horse shows which is why it's so busy. Since we didn't want to drive we decided to try it even though we weren't expecting much. It turned out... More
