The coffee is perfect. The inside is very comfortable. The back area is serene. I've also had the quiche, which was tasty. The little antique store adjacent is also worth a visit.

This is my most favorite place to go for coffee! Always delicious and I love the atmosphere! Seating inside and they have a porch outside with seating that is on the river.

Only had the wonderful ice cream, but the sandwich and salad menu made me want to come back soon. Great local artsy ambience on Frog Bottom. Worth the two block walk down the hill. Friendly service

We had coffee and a bagel. The coffee was extreamly good and the bagel was what you would expect. The choices of freshly brewed were given to samples and all were excellent. The location is wonderful with seating outback by a mountain stream.

Panacea is a staple for my trips to Waynesville. The coffee is roasted in house and is distributed to several restaurants around the county who brew it for their customers. The lunch menu is diverse and the soups are on a weekly rotation, vegetable cheddar being my favorite. Save some stomach room for local handcrafted ice cream and go for... More

During our visit to Waynesville we happened on the Panacea and it was an unexpected delight.. Great coffee, breakfast and lunch treats and charming servers too. It's located a bit off of the Main Street it easy to find and well worth the effort. It's located in an old industrial building with a beautiful outdoor deck right on a shaded... More

I heard about this place from a waitress from a different restaurant. She had lived in the Maggie Valley area her whole life and told us not to miss this. This was a little hard to find but worth the effort. Not only do they have great coffee, but this is a place where I would come often if I... More

Best darned mocha I've ever had. Tremendous food too. Sandwiches and pastries of many tasty varieties. Love their lox n cream cheese bagels. Fresh fruit abounds. All coffee drinks are awesome. Very bohemian. Very fun. A must do in Waynesville.
