The village deli is a great place for a quick meal with out have a waitress or waiter wait tables. The food is great and has a large assortment of menu items to suit all of your family. The only improvement would be to ventilation. Them kitchen exhaust hood seem to not pull the fryer fumes out, so your cloths... More

Great place to go for breakfast. Basically diner food. They do carry a local gluten free bakery's (imagine that GF) GF breads. Love coming here for breakfast like egg and bacon GF pita sand which. They are open earlier than most places.

Went in for a quick dinner. They offer beer, wine, desserts, salads and sandwiches. Had never tried the place so went in for dinner. Had the oyster poboy, sweet potatoe fries and the hubby had homemade chicken salad and the roasted pepper and Gouda soup. Well it was ok but the dessert which was the pineapple pecan cake was AMAZING!!... More

Was in search of a good sandwich place while visiting NC and decided to try this one. I got the chicken salad sandwich with pasta salad which was very good. I am picky when it comes to chicken salad but this one was fantastic!

Village Deli is one of my favorite lunch spots. I love the triple-decker turkey bacon club here. I also love the mediterranean salad with the homemade balsamic vinaigrette.

Especially like soup and 1/2 sandwich for a good lunch. Prices comparable, Easy to dine on patio or outside.

I ordered their chicken salad sandwich and was surprised and delighted with the addition of walnuts, apples and cucumbers. Made a lovely crispness to the sandwich. And their coffee is better than average. You serve yourself and they're generous with syrup flavors and spices. Nice change of pace.

I have tried most of the "breakfast" restaurants in this town and I had previously rated this "deIi" very poor on breakfast, but, decided to give it another try. This time I was not disappointed. I ordered pancakes and sausage. First, the pancakes are HUGE, 8" in diameter and there are three of them on a plate just barely big... More

The place serves the standard deli style foods. The quality of the food has always been consistent, fresh and good. The service is limited but the staff has been always friendly and professional. Definitely recommend this placeto anyone.

All orders are made after you make your requests so everything is completely fresh and delicious. The hot foods were presented piping hot and the cold foods were presented exactly as they should be. There's a tremendous variety from which to select and there are daily specials. Definitely worth a visit:)
