The cook will make it extra crispy on request and has been a favorite from here. Surprised to find a catfish sandwich on the menu but has always been tasty.

Not had breakfast but the Lunch / Deli menu is nice. Nothing Fancy, order at the counter and they bring it to you. Well made sandwiches / soups and good daily specials. Need better signage .. nobody knows its inside the Pharmacy Building.

Great Sandwiches - very friendly staff. Hidden inside a pharmacy, you might not know it is there! They have a huge Christmas tree that they decorate based on what season or holiday is next!

The food is good and they have daily specials. Some counter staff have pretty dry personalities but the lady that does the cooking in the morning and lunch is great. If the counter staff was friendlier I would have given them a higher rating. Food is good.

When I was growing up in Brevard, NC back in the 50"s and 60"s, we had three pharmacies and each had their own lunch counter/soda shop. That was pretty much the norm. Today try and find a lunch counter in a CVS or a Walgreens and you're going to be out of luck. Statesville still has two pharmacies that continue... More

Staff are homey. No ambiance, but it is a clean style country cafe. Good, all-you-want brewed coffee. Fresh biscuits are great. They have my favorite, a livermush biscuit. Livermush is better than it sounds. Easy place to meet.

Great food, friendly service. Local owned and operated, inside the First Rx Pharmacy in Statesville. We go there often for food as we live only 5 minutes from there.

I have eaten here several times with groups of teachers from my school on workdays. The lunch crowd is usually big, but the service is always fast and selection good. We always look forward to their lunch specials...you get A LOT of food for your money. I have also eaten dinner here with my family several times. It is much... More

I have been to this restaurant several times usually for breakfast and lunch. The food is good, fresh and plentiful. Southern favorites of country ham, grits, liver mush and pancakes are all good. Lunch and early dinner boast a large variety of sandwiches and salads- more sophisticated than you'd expect. The interior is bright from large windows and inviting with... More
