Our neighbors heard we had not yet been to Port of Call so they arranged a table in the "Map Room" - a room with a single table isolated form the rest of the dining room. If you read my review of "Oliver's" you would understand this was a night and day difference to the positive. I had a cup... More

Had lunch at Ports recently and it was just perfect. Great food and wonderful service. Some items are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for!! Highly recommended by myself and two friends whom I dined with.

Nice variety of choices on the menu and everyone will find something they like. Food is always good and prices are good for what you get. Nice atmosphere. They take reservations and I suggest you make them. Great for lunch or dinner. My favorites are the Shrimp and Grits and the Pork Belly. Their desserts, however, have been lacking.

Happened to stumble in on a Weds while on our first visit to Southport. Restaurant is cozy and had live music which helped create a very pleasant ambiance. Waitress was very friendly and service excellent. Wife and I had a bottle of their house wine which was very good and an excellent value. We ended up ordering a few tapas.... More

Nice place for lunch, pleasant staff. Food was very good. I had the 3 salads on a plate and it was really good. Portion size was perfect for lunch. I have also had a crab sandwich and it was good but the salad is better.

They offered a lunch special of wilted spinach greens with fried oysters on top. It was excellent. It also had artichoke hears, peppers and onions and some sort of light dressing. Excellent choice. Their fried oysters are always amazing and this was extra good.

My absolute favorite restaurant in Southport. The food is delicious and the service is great. The tapas are wonderful and reasonably priced. I like the tapas so I get to try several items. They sometimes have half-price tapas on Wednesdays. Love the decor as well. They have a nice small room if you have a special occasion for around 8... More

We called for a last minute reservation...they accommodated us soon after we arrived. We ordered a bottle of Cab the server recommended...reasonably priced and good. We each ordered the 1/2 house salad...perfect portion size. My wife had the filet..cooked to a perfect med rare w/ garlic mashed and asparagus. I had the ahi tuna...rare...with a wilted greens and rice....cooked perfect!... More
