Service was slow even though I had made a reservation. The food was over-cooked.. chicken, pork etc... Don't go there. It's cheap but we didn't have a good experience

We decided on going out for a family dinner and chose this restaurant we were really after a banquet menu you know when they bring out one course for all at a time. This is not what we found, after trying to explain what we were after to our waitress who spoke very broken English we ended up ordering the... More

Really enjoyed the meal the staff were even kind enough to warn me that I had ordered a very spicy meal. Still very nice. Staff were attentive and helpful. Will definitely return.

Great food, efficient service, will visit again. Nicest Pho I have found on the Gold Coast. They don't skip on the portion size especially with seafood.

Oh my god the food was to die for everyone at our table gave it a 10 out of 10. Friendly staff and the atmosphere was excellent. Well done to the chef's and staff. If you want a great feed at an excellent price. Serious place to visit.

Maybe we went there on an off-day but the atmosphere was cold, my plate had tones of sweet & sour sauce (too much) and chicken probably spent a little too long in the microwave. That being said a friend ordered a sizzling dish and she was happy with it.

Ate here recently and ordered the beef salad and pork spring rolls. The salad was good but was hoping to get more herbs like a traditional viet salad. There was plenty of beef so It nearly justified the price.....spring rolls were a little dry and the sauce that accompanied it seemed like it was missing something. All and all the... More

Have always driven past this place, decided to try it out after it had been recently renovated. Went for some take away on a Sunday night. We waited over half an hour before we received our food. The pork spring rolls were alright, the sweet Chili sauce seemed to be watered down, eating the prawn omelet was like chewing mouthfulls... More

Saigon Palace has been the best Vietnamese restaurant on the Gold Coast for many years. Sadly, it has new owners (and clearly a new chef). Everything that made Saigon Palace special is gone including the name and the big fish in the tank! It now looks and feels like a cheap food court restaurant. Even the formerly lovely and authentic... More

I had lunch with some of my friends on Saturday and this was a second time for me to visit this restaurant. I haven't realised that owner changed recently until we sit down at a table. Anyway it is definitely a good change. The deco is quite simple, no frills. However the food we ordered ( Prawn spring roll for... More
