The place smelled like dirty carpet when being seated. Tonic water had no carbonation. Shrimp lettuce wrap, shrimp cold. Made another came with half head of lettuce, shrimp warm this time. The shrimp were small in lettuce wraps. Caesar salad was good. Grilled shrimp tacos were good. Baileys and coffee were warm , I cold hold my finger in it.

Typical Red Lobster as far as quality and prices. Service not particularly good, most servers seem to be slow, unfriendly, and act is if your an inconvenience to them.

This is without a doubt the worst Red Lobster I have ever been to. The food looks good but did not taste good. The crab legs were over cooked. Our server was great. I will not be back anytime soon!

Rocky Mount, North Carolina is not a Mecca of fine dining. It's a little city with lots of fast food and chain restaurants. So when a family member wants to go out for a birthday, the choices are slender. You can throw a dart, or you can go with Red Lobster because you got a gift card as a birthday... More

We've been to many Red Lobsters, but the one in Rocky Mt. NC is our favorite. The food is always fresh and hot, and the service is very friendly.

Waited 20 minutes for a glass of water and 25 for a margarita. Bathroom had paper scattered around the floor and our table had crumbs on it, probably not wiped off. One waitress yelling back and forth to another waitress as if none of us were there. My little sirloin steak was as tough as shoe leather, but our waitress... More

My husband and I had received a gift card to Red Lobster and decided it was time to use it. We sat at one of the little tables in the bar and Jennifer waited on us. She was friendly, talkative, attentive without hovering (even though it was a slow Monday), and just excellent all the way around. She was good... More

We eat here often and the food is typically well prepared and tastes excellent. This restaurant seems to have high turnover of staff, so consistently good service is not a sure bet, thus the four star review.

Everything is unorganized. They had us to precall to get put on the list that didn't exist. Everyone running around not knowing what's going on. The service has went completely down since the manager John has left. When he was there the business ran smooth & he stayed on the floor greeting guest & making sure things was right. The... More

Took my family to Red Lobster for the Endless Shrimp meal deal. There is not one bad thing I can say about the experience other then the waiting line. Once seated it was unbelievable. Corey, our server couldn't have been more attentive and personable. The food came out promptly and each shrimp dish had its own unique taste. Best part,... More
