After hearing rave reviews about this restaurant, we were expecting better. The service and food were average....much better options for dinner in North Hills!

It is an attractive space next to north hills People seemed to be having a good time it was noisy. We shared the brushetta and the caprese salad both great. However we found the descriptions of the food were better the the food itself. I ordered spaghetti ametriciana, i have had it in Rome this was no way like it.... More

Good choice for Italian near the Renaissance Hotel in North Hills. Good menu choices decent wine list and good service. It was relatively noisy. If it had been a little warmer it would have been nice to sit outside.

Dined with my wife last night - it was our first time here. For an appetizer we had the brussels sprouts - amazing! The entrees were fantastic as well - you can tell that the pasta is fresh and home made. The Chef's treatment of fish was hands down the best I have experienced in Raleigh. Service was prompt, friendly... More

OK - I normally don't write reviews from my hometown. With that said, I feel compelled to pen a review for this excellent Italian Bistro/Restaurant that my family and I venture to on a regular basis. First of all - The Management - Jed and Ashley do an amazing job "knowing" their clientele and they have been their for quite... More

The last night of Restaurant Week and we were fortunate to get a reservation at this very nice place tucked in the corner of North Hills. Jeffrey and company gave us exceptional service throughout. A surprisingly great appetizer was the marinated olives and almonds. The warm kale salad was enjoyed by both of us. While our entrees were delicious (crab... More

My wife and I enjoyed a early evening meal here on a quiet Monday. We visit Raleigh frequently but had never tried this restaurant in the North Hills area. We chose seats overlooking the kitchen to catch the action there. We first enjoyed a complimentary starter brussel sprouts with prosciutto and then bruschetta with soft cheese, mushrooms and onions. Both... More

We had reservations at a steakhouse in Raleigh, but upon arriving, found they had a set menu which could not be shared. Not wanting so much food, we left and eventually found our way to Vivace. They also had a set menu, but allowed us to share. I found this very accommodating. The food was excellent and the service was... More

Lunch was delicious. We started our meal with their bread and a white bean purée. Their bread is delicious. They were very kind to let our teenage daughter order off the kids meal. It was a perfect portion for her. She chose the spaghetti and meatballs. Our other daughter split with me the Caesar salad and four cheese ravioli. The... More
