I love it when servers remember your usual order when you walk through the door. I went here for breakfast and lunch. It was accessible to the office I work at. It's always crowded. Sometimes I have to wait for tables to be ready.

Stand in line to order, schlepp your own order, clean your table & packaged condiments is not my cupotea. The management was very accommodating in setting up tables for a big group. Portions were large and tasty except the scrambled eggs were burned in places. Probably won't go back.

I've eaten at Cafe Carolina locations in Chapel Hill and Cary, and was meeting someone here for professional reasons. Think of it as a Panera -- soups, salads, sandwiches and baked good. Their cupcake with blue frosting is apparently their signature dessert. Free WiFi is nice and food is on par with other fast casual establishments. A decent option when... More

Cafe Carolina is a great place to sit, have some coffee, and catch up with an old friend! Alternatively, Cafe Carolina is also a great place to work quietly on your laptop and feel accomplished! The staff are always friendly and greet you with a smile, as well. The food is great - bakery items especially! The only thing I... More

I tried this place twice in one week. First visit, I tried the chicken salad, was not a fan. It was bland too me. Next visit was the salad. Salad was huge and had a choice of different ingredients. I would recommend the salad if you want something light but enough to fill you up.

I recently visited Cafe Carolina with my husband and his aunt, who had never been. I ordered a spinach and artichoke flat bread. It was great. We all enjoyed a good meal and she got a famous blue cupcake! Delicious.

Usually love to stop by Cafe Carolina when I'm at Cameron Village. Last visit not impressive. Cold coffee that tasted old and a dried out muffin that looked delicious but was not. Will be spending my time elsewhere next time.

I had a breakfast quesadilla. It was bland, the corn tortilla was dry, and there was very little filling. I ended up jgetting some salt packets. and getting rid of the tortilla altogether. Supposedly it had bacon in it but it tasted like Bacos. In any case, very little meat or cheese. The two outside slices of the folded quesadilla... More

We visited Cafe Carolina this past weekend for a late lunch. I LOVE the potato soup, so anytime that's on the menu, I get the half sandwich and soup as my meal. I got that and the turkey sandwich (which comes with a drink). My husband got the same, but with broccoli and cheese soup and a full sandwich. It... More

While on a business trip to Raleigh, we ate here several times throughout the week. They have quality foods and fresh ingredients. I had several different kinds of Panini's (Chipotle Chicken; Turkey & Avacado) and enjoyed them greatly. They also have sweet potato bread, which I've never had anywhere. It was good. I'll have to look elsewhere to compare if... More
