Service and atmosphere are excellent. We were celebrating my better half's birthday, and she got as a souvenir a menu signed by the Chef.

My husband and I go to Second Empire every time we come down to visit from DC. The service and atmosphere is always on point, and I am never left feeling "empty." The prices are beyond reasonable for a restaurant of this caliber.

Yes. The tavern is exceptionally nice. It has its own menu, however you can select from the dining room menu as well.

I agree with the previous answers. I think calling the restaurant is the best. And if it works for you to go then get ready for a fabulous meal!
