This cafe has a limited menu of acceptable food. There is both table service and a self serve selection of prepared sandwiches and salads. Somewhat overpriced but since the museum itself is free the total cost of an outing is reasonable.

The restaurant was very busy but well worth the wait. They called my cell phone when my table was ready. The food, as my daughter says, is amazing. My granddaughter had the scrambled eggs, bacon, and waffles. My salad was very fresh and perfect. Eating...More

Iris is my favorite restaurant in Raleigh. The service is outstanding and the food is fabulous. Iris is open for lunch Tuesdays through Friday; dinner Friday night; and brunch on Saturday and Sunday. The menu changes seasonally and the dessert menu changes monthly. I've dined...More

I've visited this restaurant on many occasions but only for Sunday brunch. We chose this restaurant for dinner because we had tickets to a hockey game on Friday night and needed a restaurant in close proximity to the PNC Center. We had an absolutely amazing...More

I wish the were open more nights for dinner! Had a spectacular four-course Valentines meal there. Very impressive! No full bar, but they will make you a vodka drink, if you like.

You do not have to enjoy museums (NC is a great one) to eat at Iris. While we are regulars to the museum and hit Iris every time - we also make reservations just for this simple, elegant, wonderful food at reasonable prices without going...More

NCMA is a large state operated gem in Raleigh. The large garde containing many Rodin sculptures is worth a visit, but the museum is home to art from many geographical locations and styles, you can’t stop with Rodin. Except for special collections ther for one...More

I have been here numerous times. This time, a friend of mine and I had a Thursday lunch here. I arrived earlier before the restaurant opens. The good thing is that the MOA store is right next to it, so I spent some time there...More

I went to lunch at Iris with a group of women after touring the museum on a Saturday. I highly recommend the Turkey and Cambozola sandwich. There is something about the blend of flavors of the bread, sweet and tangy condiments, cheese and turkey that...More

Conveniently located inside the museum, but off to the side. Modern feel. Good food at a moderate price. Worth a stop during your outing at this excellent museum.

Hello, I would call the number at NCMA and usually will have a direct line to Iris. Unless ypur party is large, you can normally just walk in. That's what I've done & I'm a member. Hope this helps you.

Agreed, they were very cool -- but no, I'm afraid I didn't check for a brand. I'm sure if you emailed the restaurant, somebody would be able to let you know.
