We stopped here for breakfast while visiting the area based on reviews and were not disappointed. Good food fast with great service. Breakfast is the meal we eat out the most so have have top notch places we go to compare with. We wouldn't say this was up with best but overall experience was very good. We like the old... More

We stopped by this diner for a late breakfast. The garden omelet was outstanding, the side of pancakes was delicious and my wife's French toast was excellent. The wait staff was very friendly and treated you like you just came home to Mamma's cooking. We will return to this restaurant again and try the lunches and dinners. Great value!!!!

Beloved local institution, but I am a vegetarian and like to eat vegetables with my meals. I have a very hard time finding much to eat here.

This is a community place. The waitresses know most people by name. Very laid back. Good food, outside of the building doesn't do it justice. Well worth the stop.

After living in the area for 47 years, I finally decided to have a late lunch here--it is packed all the time during lunch hour and I never had the desire to see what the hoopla was. I was taken aback at how good the food was and the selection of fresh home cooked meals at such reasonable prices. A... More

We love Al's. Our favorite time to visit is for breakfast. The biscuits are huge so bring your appetite. We've been for breakfast, lunch and dinner and everything has always been good.

Been eating at Al's for years. Everything you want from a simple diner. Wide variety of choice for all 3 meals of the day. Breakfast is especially good. Daily specials. Service is efficient and friendly. This is where the locals hang out for good eats and conversation.. You should too.

The diner has a variety of food items but the hot dogs are the best. You can choose from side dishes that are great too.

Taking the back roads back to Atlanta. Always look for local "diners, drive ins and dives" to grab a bite, and Al's Diner hits the spot. Had meat and two with delicious home cooked vegetables. Sandwiches looked great too. Good food, super friendly service and great prices.
